This is the first newsletter in many weeks as we have been waiting patiently for tangible news. Thanks for your patience.

As you know, we speak with Noel Turner in California and John Turner in Tokyo most days, so the benefit of you receiving these MoxxPortal newsletters is that you will be the first to know as soon as we have clarification on international issues.

So what has been happening for the past few weeks?

Well, MOXXOR has adjusted some of its manufacturing processes, as occasionally there were hiccups with the encapsulation. MOXXOR is the only company in the world that encapsulates pure greenlip mussel oil, with no filler oils of any kind. This has presented some unique challenges, as Greenlip Mussel Oil is extremely thick and rich. The thickness of MOXXOR has proven a real challenge for conventional processes.

It has taken a couple of months, and many resources, but MOXXOR now have a totally reliable system, and they are once again moving forward confidently with the international releases. MOXXOR wanted all processes to be totally smooth and reliable BEFORE going international; it just makes sense.

Australia

In Australia, our government authority which oversees the importation of products like MOXXOR is called the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The TGA has some of the strictest compliance standards in the world, which tends to slow things down.

Product for the Australian Market is actually being extracted as I'm writing this newsletter ( I spoke with Jeremy Harris an hour ago). This will then need to go through the rigorous TGA testing regime. As usual, MOXXOR are going above and beyond on this one, to ensure total compliance. Despite there being some TGA approved testing facilities in NZ, MOXXOR are sending samples to Australia for completion of the testing. This helps ensure that there are absolutely no issues.

MOXXOR must be tested both pre and post encapsulation, with each batch of testing taking up to three weeks. You can work out some rough timing for Australia's launch from this :)

New Zealand, Germany and Japan

Due to the extremely high compliance standards, product for Australia must be manufactured separately from product for any other country. Due to this, product for New Zealand, Germany and Japan will be ready before Australia's.

So the big question is when will MOXXOR be in your country...

I wish I could give you a date, but the last thing we at MoxxPortal want to do is give false hope or promises that are not met.

I can say this - New Zealand will open before Australia. This will be a soft launch in approximately three weeks - I will let you know BEFORE this happens, so watch your inbox.

As far as Germany and Japan are concerned I am awaiting further information. They are having product sent into those markets within a couple of weeks, but I have no information yet on opening dates.

Australia should be about six weeks behind New Zealand.

Canada

MOXXOR are currently placing emphasis on the markets mentioned above, however other markets have not been forgotten. For example, MOXXOR's Canadian company has been formed, and they are slowly but surely working through logistics. It is still some way off, so we will need to be patient.

Eager to start now?

I have been approached lately by several people wanting to know how we became distributors before MOXXOR has even arrived in Australia. This information also applies to those people who do not wish to wait until MOXXOR opens in their country to become a distributor.

Basically we formed an American Limited Liability Company (LLC), and we used its taxation number to join. It's not as scary as it sounds, and if you would like more information then please email me.
